Right now I am loving the weekends because I have Will home with me all day and to help out with the kids! This morning I let him sleep in since he has to wake up before the butt-crack of dawn during the weekdays. After he woke up I decided that all of my boys needed haircuts in a very bad way! Jaden normally fights me on the haircut thing, but today I had reeses peanut buttercups to bribe him with so I had NO problem with J! Easton, on the other hand, didn't quite like his haircut so much. It took Will to hold his head while I cut with the clippers and he screamed his head off. But, luckily a quick bath made him happy. And Will, I neither had to bribe, or listen to him cry to get his hair cut, thankfully ;)
After cleaning up the haircut mess and showering, I headed on down to the local nail salon and pampered myself with a spa pedicure! It was much needed! My toe nails and feet looked like crap, but thanks to Will's gracious boss who gave him a nice little "bonus" the other day I was able to treat myself. I went with the classy french look and now my toes look fabulous!
Upon returning home from my pedicure, we headed out to see the new Harry Potter movie 'The Order of the Phoenix'. My awesome sis-in-law Jenny most kindly watched Easton for us while we went to the movie. Jaden has totally been into the Harry Potter movies here at home lately, so we took him along with us (Mariah went to her dad's this weekend, so she missed out) and Will's brother Eric came along too. I thought the movie was great. It was a lot more emotional than any of the others, so far.
After the movie we went to pick up Easton and then went to grab a quick bite to eat. Gotta love In N Out burger! Yummy and cheap! Then the hunt was on for some new church attire for myself. I have been in great need of new church clothes for quite some time, and tonightwe braved Kohl's, Old Navy and Mervyn's. I did a lot of trying on, but only came away with 2 skirts. I just couldn't find a top to go with either skirt. Bummer. Oh well, I'll keep my eyes peeled. Finally, a bit after 9pm we headed on home. The boys had just had enough shopping, and I think so had Will and I. Easton bit it good a few times while we were out shopping and added a few more nasty bruises to his collection on his face! The enjoyment of a recent walker. I swear after the last few days I've had with him, you'd think I really did beat the crap out of him. I promise I didn't though, you can blame it on his beginner feet.
Alas, now we are home and the boys are in bed fast asleep. Will was craving a treat so he went out and got us each an orange cream slush from Sonic! Mmmmmmmm. I haven't had one in a very long time, and I suggest if you have never tried one from Sonic, you must!!! One word.......Y-U-M-M-Y! What a way to end the night. I am quite pooped after a long and busy day. I look forward to my Sunday nap tomorrow!

Nice you got out, and so nice of Jenny to babysit! I love In-N-Out and going to the movies. And I can never find an outfit when I am purposely looking for one. At least you got new skirts. Sunday naps rock! Hope you got one today (yawn!)
Dang on not finding any shirts! But I am glad you found som skirts. Glad you had a better day! We will babysit anytime, Gavin had tons of fun with "beaston" that is what he kept calling him, lol!
Love the toes, I need a manicure so bad, I think the last time I went was when you and I went togehter. My mom saw my sick feet yesterday and seh suggested that once I get out of the shower I put a coat of nail polish on them and then another after I finish my hair..it was hilarious and I thought...do they look that bad, ya they do. So my goal is to get one next weekend or the weekend after that. We shall see. Love ya
