So yesterday Julie had some adorable kittens her sister was giving away posted on her blog. I called Will at work and told him he should look at Julie's blog. I got a text message later on that we already have 2 cats that we're not "supposed" to have since we're only renting our house. I knew that and I was okay with that and left it at that. I really just wanted him to see how stinkin' cute the kitties were especially since orange kitty's are my favorite!!!! Well, later on yesterday afternoon I received a knock on my door and didn't recognize the girl at the door. She came in hand with a gift bag and told me my husband sent me a present because he loves me very much! :) This was my present.......

So cute! oops! funny it was a girl. and love the name you settled on. Virginia, is to close to those girly parts it has.
She is very cute! And how sweet of Will to surprise you like that. Oh I need a new puppy...
LOL I have been waiting for this post!! Will called me to get her number and I immediately called Jeff (he previously told me No on the new kitty), he said well we can go and visit yours :(! So we will need to come and see her! My kids are going to be sooo jealous!!
I'm so excited that you are having a girl!! I haven't been blog stalking in awhile so I just found out! Now that I have a blog I don't feel so bad when I stalk others!! haha
Can't wait to see you guys!
She is adorable!!! I will not let my kids see this. My kids beg for a cat and I am allergic so it's always a no answer.
Oh she is too cute! You know me and cats...but she is absolutely adorable. I would have had a hard time turning her down.
Way to go Will, what a nice guy. Don't you just love it when you are least expecting it, when they do the sweetest things.
What! Orange cats are supposed to be boys! I read a book that said the ginger color in cats was carried on the y chromosome and could only be passed to males!(it WAS written in the 50's. Maybe they know better now...) Now I have to google it....Love the name. Virginia is Brenley's middle name. SHe is named after my grandmother, who is named Virginia but has always been called "Ginger" . Very fitting for a ginger colored cat. Did you do that on purpose?
That is very romantic of Will. Tell him I'm impressed with his skills of taking a hint and going with it.
Melanie!! This is truly, Rach's little sister. I was on her blog and when I saw "Melanie & Will" on her link list, I thought I wonder if thats.....and it is you!! I checked your blog on a great post! LOVE that kitty- but I"m more obsessed with two things, 1) the fact that you have three cats 2) that your husband DOES LOVE YOU VERY MUCH! to let you have her. What a cute way to add her to the family. Then I quickly scrolled through and saw Kenya- Oh my gosh she reminds me of one of my cats! Sleeps absolutely anywhere and in the most bizarre spots. Oh I just love kitties more than most of my friends! Congrats on the baby girl news for your near future.
What a pretty little kitty! I love kittens!!!
Das a good man to give you that gift.:P Get that baby spayed when it's time or you'll have SEVERAL more kitties to take care of.:P And at first I thought your son't idea for the cat name was "An-gina" I was like "WHAT?: HA HA HA!
I LOVE YOU MYLEE I LOVE YA SO MUCH!
AHHHHH how cute!!! What a little sweetie!!
We got a cat too! Going to all y'all's houses with cats made me want one even more. I tried to convince my hubby to get one of the kittens too. But he said they look like long-hair cats (that SHED).
So, we went to the humane society and got a 2yr old cat! Pics on my blog.
