5 weeks

A friend of mine who is just "starting out" with photography practiced on Madysen the other day. It was her first shoot with a newborn. So far, these are the shots she has shown me that are done....aren't they darling??
I'd say she did a pretty darn good job!
Thank you Jamie!!!! I love them.

Blog Slacker

Okay, so I have been a serious blog slacker lately. With good reason though. It's not quite as easy to type and post with a baby on your lap. Life has been busy but we've had lots of fun lately and here are some of the fun things we've been up to over the last couple of weeks. (sorry, they are in backwards order, but I am not redoing the pics.)
On Saturday we took the family to the Hall of Flame Museum fire fun day. Of course, the boys were a bit more interested than Mariah. They got to climb on the firetrucks and everyone got to ride on two different old firetrucks.

We took the kids to Mother Nature's farm on Will's birthday night. The kids loved it and it was fun.

Cali, Mariah's best friend, and her family bought this way cool buggy. Debbie, Cali's mom, took the kids on a ride around the block. They LOVED it, especially the boys.

This was how he was found under the blanket. Can you say "Al Bundy"?

Easton and Mylee napping one afternoon. Cute buddies.

Our cat Kenya feels very deprived lately. This is where she came one early morning while I was feeding Mady. She wanted to feel included I suppose. (please ignore my morning beauty)

100% Steyskal...taking a DP break!

Easton's idea of help was just this.

Here are the boys, hard at work getting the yard ready for winter grass! Hooray!
